Alexander Konychev finishes the Tour of South Bohemia UCI 2.2 in the top ten – Dominik Amann takes fifth place at the Austrian Criterium Championships
The fourth and final stage of the Tour of South Bohemia UCI 2.2 in the Czech Republic took place this Sunday, with the final finish in Jindrichuv Hradec after 155 kilometers. With the promise of throwing everything into the mix, the Vorarlberg riders started aggressively from the start. Lukas Meiler had to relinquish the mountain jersey today due to bad luck. A mechanical in the first climb, and the group was gone.
Alexander Konychev sprinted into the top ten again today, also finishing the four-day tour with a single-digit result. The overall winner was Briton William Smith (Visma – Lease a Bike). (The exact results will be available shortly.)
Dominik Amann sprinted to fifth place at the Austrian Criterium Championships in Schwaz, Tyrol. Amann will continue his journey to Romania.
