Dominik Amann scrapes past victory
A fall 1000 meters before the finish. Dominik Amann gets past and goes solo. For a long time it looked like the Vorarlberg rider’s first UCI victory. Eight riders roll over him 150 meters before the finish. The 25-year-old from Hohenems finishes a strong ninth. He finished the tour in 27th place overall, 28 seconds behind overall winner Pierre Barbier (FRA / Team Philippe Wagner).
